Climate Hazards and Resilience in the Workplace: new resources to respond to climate risks in workplace settings
All workers whether they work indoors, outdoors, offshore or travel for a living are increasingly vulnerable to disruption, damage, and potential injury from climate change impacts such as windstorms, flooding, and heatwaves - these new resources will help workers identify and respond to risks and build the case for action.

Climate Hazards & Resilience in the Workplace Handbook & Workbook launch
Over the last year Adaptation Scotland and the Scottish Trade Union movement have worked together to create resources to help identify the hazards that climate change impacts could bring to a range of different workplaces and to develop adaptation solutions.

National Climate Resilience Summit
On 1 October 2021, chief executives, directors and other senior leaders from 70 organisations participated in the Scottish Government-hosted National Climate Resilience Summit. This Summit was an opportunity to raise collective ambitions for an inclusive, resilient, net zero Scotland and demonstrate support for a global deal on adaptation at COP26 in Glasgow.
